Gary Mason LEED AP ID+C
President/CEO
Gary has over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He began his career in 1977 after graduating with a B.S. degree from California State University, Fullerton. After working in every aspect of the industry from fieldwork, supervision, estimating and project management, Gary founded Coastal Pacific Construction in 1982. Gary is especially proud that many of his first clients are still current clients.
Gary is involved in the daily operations of Coastal Pacific Construction. Communicating with all facets of his staff, subcontractors and clients he’s able to keep a pulse on what’s happening anticipating any problems along the way. Actively involved in all phases of the construction process he is particularly involved in the preconstruction phase where his expertise can be fully utilized for value engineering and possible design challenges.
Pamela Dillard
Director of Operations
Pam has been at Coastal Pacific Construction for over 20 years. Pam directs the daily flow of business at Coastal Pacific Construction and her understanding of construction and management proves vital in keeping all office processes efficient and timely. In addition Pam maintains all contracts, reviews subcontracts/material invoices, prepares all invoices along with lien releases, reviews accounts receivable/payable. Pam graduated with a B.A. degree from Colorado Heights University.
Polo Leon
Director of Field Operations
Polo is a major asset of Coastal Pacific Construction’s team and has been since its incorporation in 1982. With almost 40 years in the industry Polo has proven experience in all phases and types of construction, from tenant improvement to ground up construction. Polo is responsible for the direction of all field personnel. He maintains an excellent relationship with clients, sub-contractors, and management staff. He continues to strive to exceed all our client’s expectations.
Jaclyn Mason
Director of Marketing
Jaclyn has extensive experience in real estate marketing and oversees all marketing, public relations, client presentations and business development practices for Coastal Pacific Construction.
Prior to joining Coastal Pacific Construction Jaclyn was Senior Marketing Director at CBRE-Beverly Hills for three years where her team focused on the sale of multi-housing investment properties. Implementing a specialized and comprehensive marketing plan Jaclyn was involved in over $600 million in sales transactions. Jaclyn started her career in real estate marketing at NMS Properties, a real estate development and management company, specializing in multi-family developments throughout the Los Angeles area.
Jaclyn graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She also holds a CA real estate Broker’s license, serves on the Board of Directors for CREW – LA, and a Community Council Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Monica.
